Thank you for your interest in applying to Crestview Seventh-day Adventist Academy! At CSDAA, you’ll find caring teachers, small classes, and a safe, wholesome environment where academics and Christian character development go hand-in-hand.
All new students applying to CSDAA must provide the following documentation before being accepted.
Completed Enrollment Packet
Copy of all school records (test scores, etc.)
All new students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the time of registration, and should bring the following items with them:
Immunization record since birth
Mailing address and phone number of the previous school
Copy of birth certificate
If transferring in from another private school, please bring a letter stating that all accounts from the other school have been satisfied.
In order to ensure the best possible Christian environment for our young people, CSDAA reserves the right to refuse a student whose behavior in the past has not been acceptable. Acceptance of all students will be subject to review by the administration, staff, and school board.
